Honeycrisp are characterized by an exceptionally crisp and juicy texture. They can be eaten fresh, used in salads, or baked into pies and applesauce. Their crisp texture helps them hold their shape well when baked. Grown on EMLA 7 dwarfing rootstock and requires a second apple variety to yield fruit.
