Apple Crunch Cake

2 Eggs
2 C. Sugar
¾ C. Oil
½ C. Water
1 tsp Vanilla
1.5 tsp baking soda
½ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Cloves
3 C. Flour
3 C. chopped apples
1 C. nuts


Grease a bunt pan. Mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix with spoon. Pour batter into pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.


Good served warm with ice cream.
